During high season (June 15th September 15th) kitesurfing is only allowed for guests in front of the Windsurf Bungalows, where our Kitesurf centre is based, for guest staying at this accommodation.
Moreover you have to have a liability insurance for kitesurfing. Kitesurfers without insurance can get it on site for around 3 EUR/day. Our guests can get the lycras (permissions) against a deposit of 50 EUR at the center.
Furthermore private kitesurfers as well as rental & storage guests have to be able to go upwind as entry and exit of the kitesurfing zone are very narrow. Our students do not need the lycra or the insurance it is included in the kitesurfing instruction.

Just back from an amazing 2 weeks in Dakhla, Morocco on the edge of the Western Sahara. I have never been anywhere with so much consistent wind every day varying between 20 40 knots.. Mostly 25 knots plus! My 7m Flexifoil Atom certainly got its time on the water and there were a lot of jealous guys out there when it was handling 40 knots no problem..
