Charter flights run from Gatwick and most regional airports, principally on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Transfer time is 80 mins. To get the most out of a trip to Fuerteventura it is a good idea to hire a car. We can arrange this for collection and drop off at the airport. It costs from £100 per week.

The Rene Egli kite school has a number of VDWS (German Association of Windsurfing Schools) & IKO certified, multi lingual instructors that adhere to tried and tested methods of instruction (including the buddy system for beginners which is highly endorsed here at Planet). VDWS certificate are recognised worldwide, including IKO. MAXIMUM 2 PUPILS PER INSTRUCTOR (except for beach Intro). Instruction for Beginner to Riding Upwind is required for this resort. Clients wishing to practice riding upwind independently are limited by the Lagoon tides.
Just in front of the Pro center I there is the large lagoon that is flooded around two weeks of the month (depending on the tides of the full moon and new moon phases) making for the perfect Kitesurfing Spot for beginners, with flat shallow water surrounded by a large expanse of sandy beach - just perfect!

Prices do not include kit insurance that can normally be arranged locally at approx 35 euros.
Most kitesurf schools will only rent equipement if you are iko level iii or equivelant (riding up wind). Some school will rent to level ii kitesurfers but may charge a 30% supplement for 'supervised rental.'
